Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related
-
Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher
-
Must be self-directed and self-motivated

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening skills
-
Able to complete certification within 10 days or less

PC Requirements:

*No Chromebooks or Mac systems are capable
Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel " i " class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.
64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.
4 GB of RAM or better
USB VoIP Headset.
Windows 10 or Windows 11
Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

Available Hours
7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days
Client requests agents service 20 hours per week, 5 hours Sat and/or Sun
The job pays $0.25 per talk minute which increases to $0.32 per talk minute or $11-15 per hour based on your productivity. ​The higher the call volume, the more you are paid.
