Is this an authentic work-from-home job opportunity?
Absolutely. We've partnered with a work-from-home platform, ConnectPro. As a Customer Service Professional (CSP), you'll gain access to collaborating with some of the top Fortune 500 companies.

Do I need to undergo a background check?
Yes, maintaining a high standard of integrity is crucial for us. Applicants with convictions of felonies or certain misdemeanors won't be approved as CSPs. The $30 fee for the background check is non-refundable and valid for a period of 3 years.

Are there any benefits provided?
Unfortunately, we don't offer benefits such as medical, dental, or paid time off (PTO). You'll operate as an Independent Contractor, responsible for your own coverage needs.

Will taxes be deducted from my paycheck?
No, as an Independent Contractor, taxes aren't deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Instead of a standard W-2, you'll receive a 1099 for tax purposes annually.

Are there any initial costs?
Yes, there's a $20 refundable deposit required for any client you opt to work with. This secures your commitment for the first day of class.

Is training paid?
No, as Independent Contractors, CSPs don't undergo traditional "training". Instead, you'll take a client certification course. While you won't be paid during certification, depending on the client, you may start taking calls and earning during this period.

Are there any fees to be paid?
As an Independent Contractor, you're responsible for operational expenses like landline phone service, internet, and necessary equipment. Additionally, there's a $50 administrative fee deducted each pay period.

What's the pay rate?
Pay rates vary based on the client you choose to work with. Currently, CSPs earn $10-$16 per hour as a base rate. Your earnings are unlimited, and you can choose your hours—more hours mean more earnings!

Do you contract internationally?
We contract within the United States, with the exception of specific states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin. We also contract in Canada, Jamaica, and India.

Is there room for advancement?

Can I refer others?
Yes, referrals are encouraged. You can refer individuals interested in this work-from-home opportunity. Referral bonuses are offered upon successful completion of certification and 30 days of servicing for your invitees.
